Not happy with your order? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on full-price items.
Returning an item
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
- Email info@eckounltdonline.co.za with your order number and the items you're returning. We'll reply with instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first can't be processed.
- A flat R150 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
Sale items
Sale items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for change of mind. They must be unworn with original tags attached, and the R150 return shipping fee applies. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered as described below.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Email us with your order number and photos. We'll collect the item at no cost and replace it or refund you. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Tell us when you request the return. If it's in stock, we'll swap it. Otherwise we'll refund you.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
